Your Timing Could Not Be More Perfect To Find Yourself Here
I built this 8 week online course, to help others who may be stuck in a toxic loop - of any kind. Keep on reading if you have lived this. Addiction comes in so many forms... Embodied Change is for supporting those who are ready to be free from the gymnastics required to keep themselves "in it".
For a long time, I didn't even recognize my struggle as a struggle. It took me years to feel comfortable naming it —whether you call it a sticky habit, an addiction or comfort seeking behavior: the energy of it is the same. The more I practiced acknowledging what is, the less shame I carried, which brought me here today to share what worked for me in getting "unstuck".
It did not happen overnight.
My patterns looked normal, because I was immersed in a culture that made them feel that way. But I knew: this wasn't me. I kept waiting for a dramatic reason to change — a rock bottom, a catastrophe that would finally give me permission. I compared myself to people who were worse off, which is a dangerous game.
The crisis never came. And one day I realized: it doesn't have to.
All you need is enough. Enough discomfort. Enough knowing. Enough of a whisper from the life you sense is waiting for you.
This course is an invitation to let that life be your true north — and to remove the armor still hanging around from old programming. The program is 8 weeks of modules, but real change happens at your own pace, in your own time, from the comfort of your own couch. Each module meets you exactly where you are. In your sweats. In your living room. No commute, no waiting rooms, no barriers.
It was designed for anyone who is just "uncomfortable enough" — with alcohol, sugar, screens, spending, or any substance or pattern that numbs you, keeps you small, or takes up more mental space than you'd like. It works alongside existing programs and care teams, or it can stand beautifully on its own.
I don't have all the answers. But I have walked this path, and I am here — genuinely, wholeheartedly — to support yours.
You already know what's true for you. This course is here to help you get there.
Let's go.
